What Makes Us Premier<\/b><\/h2>\n

At USA Rolls, unlike other roll builders, we only fabricate rolls.\u00a0 We do not machine or weld any other products for any other industries. As such, we are the only roll fabricator in North America that exclusively builds rolls and controls the entire fabrication process of the rolls in house. We design , drill, machine, bore the shells, and even roll and weld our own cylinders above 28 inch OD.<\/p>\n

We have been able to synthesize a roll fabrication process built on the best practices of three separate roll builders from the past.\u00a0 All the best aspects of F.R. Gross, Keystone Rolls, and Tanner roll building methods have been incorporated into our standard practices. In addition, recently we have worked closely with the previous engineering leaders from the now defunct Magnat Fairview and PFE roll builders, incorporating their best practices as well into our world class roll fabricating process.<\/p>\n
