We work to live, not live to work;<\/strong>\u00a0 we do not mandate overtime here at USA Rolls.\u00a0 At times we may ask if you can work some extra to cover for a person on vacation across the shifts from you,\u00a0 and if you come and ask if you can work some overtime for an unexpected expense or to save for a large purchase we will try and accommodate you.\u00a0\u00a0 However, under no circumstances will we mandate overtime, or hold your decision regarding\u00a0 voluntary overtime against you.<\/p>\n
